Damaged Products on Delivery – If your product arrives in a visibly damaged condition. Clear photo/video proof must be provided.

Share your order number, issue details, and supporting photos/videos.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
4. Refund/Replacement Procedure

Once verified and approved, you can choose either a refund or a replacement product.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Approved replacements will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
